My child attended for removal of two teeth and gas and air at western road practice. I was happy as he was seen within a week of my enquiry and Dr Gupta called in advance to explain how the sedation will work and what was involved. Prior to the enquiry I had been waiting for over a year for him to be seen by NHS services to no avail. During the procedure I am happy there were no tears and he coped really well. Dr Kalkani was extremely kind, caring and thorough in explaining the surgery my 14 year old daughter needed. The surgery was well organised and planned smoothly and despite our surgical anxiety she was patient and reassuring. Special attention was paid to allay our fears no matter how minor. I would highly recommended Dr Kalkani and her paediatric team as extremely proficient, knowledgeable and gentle.
