I think the whole thing was excellent from start to finish. Compared to what colleagues have done previously, I had colleagues off for four months but I was back in no time. The surgeon has been highly recommended by everyone including the staff.

Dr Erel was the second dr I had a consultation with when going for my chin lipo. When I met Dr Erel I felt so much more at ease than the other dr I spoke to from another team in central london. I knew I was in the right place. I am now 6 weeks post op and I do not regret my decision. Dr Erel was very transparent with the procedure and told me not to worry as he would make sure I am not scared during the procedure. During the procedure Dr Erel and his team had some background music playing and Dr Erel even sang a few lyrics, all of this helped towards making sure I was not anxious and it truly worked. I am happy with my results and I can see the difference, however it is not a crazy difference where people have noticed, rather it is a subtle change which had greatly enhanced my confidence. The nurses were also very kind and supportive during my short stay. I felt very cared for. The receptionist are also always easy to get ahold of and dedicated a lot of time to any queries I had.

Hence, I had as complete a picture as possible before the options were precisely explained to me. Each consultation was followed up with a comprehensive letter explaining everything we had discussed, including test results and links to relevant clinical papers and leaflets so that I could make informed decisions about my treatment. Anyone under Professor Winter’s care will find her infectious positivity incredibly reassuring during a difficult time. I find Mr Dani easy to get along with. I am kept well informed about my condition, whether the news is good or bad, and he is open to my questions to which I get straight answers. He is true to his word. If he says he will do something he does it and I appreciate that. I put my trust in his expertise for the operation I had and I understand it went well with no complications.
