Dr Singh asked a lot of questions on my symptoms, and then was very honest about my situation. I really appreciated that he didn't give me any false hope of full recovery, but still made it feel like we had a good sequence of solutions to try, so that I could at least see an improvement. He didn't kick me out after half hour, but rather answered all my questions even if it meant delaying his return home.

Dr Farah was excellent. He had read and reflected on the medical notes and situation and undertook an excellent assessment. He was also very empathetic and kind and looked at the medical situation holistically.

Dr. Anderson is an excellent consultant. He both listens, explains and advises in equal measure.

Dr. Pericleous is incredibly knowledgeable Consultant. He took the time to explain my diagnosis and treatment options. He is very professional and kind and provide me an excellent care . I couldn’t ask for better care.

Dr Fathima made us feel at ease as soon as we met her. We were concerned about our daughter and she explained everything clearly and alleviated our concerns. She also had a wonderful way with our 2 year old.

Miss Khanam has always been most helpful at every visit, explained everything to be done very clearly. Even though my eyes weren’t “playing ball” she has patiently helped me get things sorted out. I can’t recommend Miss Khanam highly enough!

A very positive experience indeed. With my symptoms improving, the doctor took a pragmatic, but most importantly, extra cautious and thorough approach to my condition. This, in turn, diagnosed and allowed treatment of a more serious health issue that I in fact had. Without this approach I would have suffered a much worse health condition in the future. This would not have been recognised without Dr Pitchers care, experience and intuition in digging deeper into my symptoms. Finally once this was recognised it was dealt with sensitively and in a very timely way.

I have been under the care of Dr Sami for 3 years and always had an excellent service. He saved my swallowing and treated my reflux and stomach problems. I feel back to normal now.
