Meeting Wayne has been the best thing that has happened for my Single Sided Deafness since I lost my hearing 11 years ago. I was introduced to Wayne by Advanced Bionics and from the first phone call with him I knew this was the right move. I spoke to Wayne about getting a Cochlear implant and he was very knowledgeable and knew the benefits of a CI for SSD. As I explained how it effects me with my day to day life and mental health Wayne understood and cared. It has been a pleasure meeting up with Wayne for all of my appointments before and after the surgery and he has answered every question I have ever asked and kept me informed and updated through out. He has also been very flexible with appointment dates and fits around me when he can. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for help with their hearing to contact Wayne.

I had bi lateral cochlear implants a year ago and Wayne as audiologist has been incredibly helpful in the process from switch on to where I am now. A process that has taken me from being profoundly deaf in both ears to having normal hearing again. Life changing for both me and indeed friends and family not only being able to hear but restoring my self confidence
