Ms Victoria Robinson is a physiotherapist based at New Victoria Hospital. She has been a physiotherapist since 2000 and specialised in respiratory physiotherapy in 2003.
Her expertise is in the following areas:
Ms Robinson is highly experienced, having worked at the Royal Brompton Hospital for eight years, where she developed vast experience in many different areas of respiratory physiotherapy. She then moved to Kingston Hospital, where she treated respiratory patients. During the pandemic, she worked with patients with Covid in the intensive care unit (ICU), and she has also worked with staff and patients with Post Covid Syndrome since August 2020.
She holds a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from King's College London and has also completed the Bradcliff breathing course (2021) and the Buteyko course (2022).
Ms Robinson has always loved helping people to manage their breathing, whether by clearing their chests, exercising, or teaching them how to breathe more efficiently and reduce their shortness of breath. Breathing is something we do every minute of every day, yet until we have a problem with it, we don't notice it. Helping people to feel more in control of their breathing and live a fuller life because of that really motivates me in my work.
In her spare time, Ms Robinson really enjoys playing tennis, sailing, skiing and spending time with her family.
