Brilliant thank you

Excellent communication, support and care handling throughout the process with an extremely positive outcome to the medical process.

I was in as a day case, it was my second time, so I knew the drill. All the staff were attentive and made sure that I was comfortable at every stage. Mr Rao also came and talked me through the procedure, making sure that understood. I was out late in the afternoon with appointments for follow up appointments already booked and the reassurance that if anything concerned me, they were at the end of the phone. Six weeks on and I’m back to work, there is still a little pain, especially if I overdo it, but that is diminishing every day.

Mr Rao was professional, respectful and personable throughout my operation and recovery. I was at ease and fully informed at all points during the process.

He was honestly amazing. So clear and put me at ease. Helped make sure the surgery date didn’t impact a wedding I’m best man in either

Very good, he explained what he was going to do and what i need to do once the operation has been done.

What a fantastic experience this has been. While any total hip replacement surgery is painful afterwards, the actual surgery process is smooth and I feel that the quality of life for me is going to be improved incredibly. Mr Rao has explained everything to from the technology used to the recovery process.

Mr Rao operated on both my hips over a period of six months. I found him to be very knowledgeable and approachable. He understood the problems I had been experiencing, which were exacerbated by some scoliosis in the spine. Mr Rao clearly described the process of total hip replacement surgery and what to expect over the recovery period. As well as providing me with new joints, he explained how he would attempt to rectify my leg length discrepancy. Indeed, on recovery from my second surgery six weeks ago I was delighted to find myself "level" at last! I am very happy to have chosen Mr Rao as my consultant.

Very informative and easy to discuss any issues

Gave a calm and reassuring explanation of process and recovery. Really put me at ease from first consultation to discharge.
