Dr Ivanova-Stoilova hold s adual accredition as a consultant in Anaesthesia and Consultant in Pain Medicine.

For the last twenty years she practices pain medicine full time on the NHS and privately. From January 2022 she works privately only. She has got practicing privileges in St Joseph's Hospital, Newport, Oak Tree Hospital, Cardiff and Fitzrovia Hospital in London.

She offers all her patients holistic approach to  their complex pain conditions. Dr Ivanovs-Stoilova offers throrough assessment and diagnosis of the pain, offers comprehensive pharmacological treatment, helping the patients to reduce or discontinue strong opioids or gabapentinoids. She is very proficient in all interventional pain relief procedures and she has introduced for the Health board many interventions. She offers full range of spinal injections and wide range of extraspinal injection treatments. She has mastered radiofrequency treatment having been trained personally by the creator of the technique, Prof Menno Slujter. She esatblished the first in the UK Diabetic Plyneuropathy Pain Clinic in conjunction with secondary diabetes care and Wound Healing Institute. She continues to provide and co-ordinate comprehensive care for people with fibromyalgia, investigations unexplained pain, intractable migraine, facial pain, vascular pain, abdominal and chest wall pain. She uses non invasive neuromodulation, Botulinum toxin, capsaicin patch, lidocaine and ketamine infusions for patients with intractable pain.
