Dr Ramcharan was excellent with my son. He was kind, reassuring and made by son feel completely at ease. I am very grateful for how caring he was at our appointment.

Came to see Dr Ramcharan for a 2nd opinion for my daughter after she had a CRY screen. Extremely thorough and communicated quickly and clearly throughout the booking process and follow-up. We left with a clear plan and understanding of the way forward and with reassurance for the first time in months

Dr Tristan Ramcharan was amazing with our 3 year old, checking for any abnormalities.

Doctor Tristan provided us with a clear explanation of our daughters situation, he showed warmth and kindness to Betsy and she felt reassured after leaving the consultation. As a mum I felt confidence in Doctor Tristan's ability and I felt a clear plan was communicated.

Tristan's service really helped us out of a really challenging situation. My daughters pathway got stuck between a private provider and NHS pathway with nobody willing to help us move forward. Thanks to Tristan my daughter will be able to access the medication she so desperately needs. The service was efficient, delivered in a professional but child friendly way and Tristan was also prepared to offer guidance regarding medical insurance.

It was great seeing doctor Tristan. He offered so much care and explained everything so patiently to us and put our mind at ease. He is so knowledgeable and kind. Would highly recommend him.

Dr Tristan was very calm, thorough and professional. Dr Tristan made my daughter feel at ease and was thorough in his consultation. Clearly his knowledge and expertise in the medical field reflects in his communication in the consultation. Dr Tristan reassured us both and i would highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr Ramcharan was fantastic with our teenage son - went through his heart condition in detail but at his level and spent almost half hour going through in detail about his heart and exercise and what sports are ok for him, but also what may be a challenge - both now and in future. We left the appointment with a clear understanding and way forward over the next few years for his hopeful sporting career

My 9 year old son had a consultation with Dr Ramcharan and it was such a wonderful experience for him. Dr Ramacharan managed to explain to my son his condition very well using diagrams and having an age appropriate two way conversation with him. He did all the required testing very gently with him and gave him loads of confidence to carry on with his sports. Dr Ramacharan was very empathetic and also had enough time to spend with him. We are grateful for the re assurance given to our son and pleased with the appointment. Thank you!
