From the moment I was contacted by Marcela I felt reassured. The professional and yet friendly communication was something that I am not used to. Nothing was a problem and by the time I arrived at OneWelbeck I was surprisingly at ease. The staff were courteous and efficient and at every step I was made to feel more calm. Dr Peake was the friendliest doctor I have encountered and I have met a few in the last few years having had three serious operations and radiotherapy for aggressive cancer. I was actually laughing and joking before my procedure, and again, that is not a normal prelude to the procedure I was about to encounter! I cannot recommend Dr Peake and his team highly enough, and I will be encouraging friends and family to consider his services, and that of OneWelbeck. Thank you.

I would recommend very strongly Dr. Peake to anyone. Dr Peake consultations and bedside manners are extremely warm’, attentive, understanding of any problem you share with him. He is very clear when explaining symptoms or problems and ways of solving them. He does his best to carry out all necessary tests as quickly as possible for the patient’s benefit. His engaging mannerisms lift your spirits however worried you may be. A great consultant! His staff provide an extremely friendly efficient and cheerful back up. Thank you for their care.

I thought Dr. Peake was excellent in every way, in that he explained fully listened carefully and took all measures to be sure that all was well. The OneWelbeck center was pristine and state of the art with all the latest equipment. If I had one criticism It would not be about Dr. Peake. But I would say that just before my gastroscopy, the prep Nurses/Dr.s in the surgery room were a bit rough with me. I think they wanted to get things over quickly, given the current situation and try and prep me up as quickly as possible. Not that big a deal in the end but that could’ve been better. Overall though I would say I had a fantastic experience with that peak and his team

I had a very positive experience with Dr Peake when having a colonoscopy for suspected colitis. The procedure was at the One Welbeck Clinic, and both the pre and post-procedure care were fantastic and very attentive. Dr Peake was very reassuring, explained everything clearly and has prescribed a treatment which is already alleviated my symptoms. Dr Peake has made it clear that he is contactable for any questions I might have, and has scheduled another follow up appointment in a month to keep tabs on my treatment plan. Overall I am very grateful to have been referred to Dr Peake.

I was referred to Mr Peake by my gynaecologists as I was experiencing some digestive issues. I have a complicated health history suffering from Lyme disease, which can affect nearly every part of my body, so getting this accross to doctors can be challenging sometimes. I was very impressed and happy with Mr Peake's approach. He listened carefully what I had to say and suggested what course of action should he taken based on my symptoms but also on my additional requests. I had a colonoscopy and gastroscopy done, and as I had some concerns relating to the preparation for the procedures Mr Peake explained everything to me very clearly, which helped to eleviate all my worries. I would highly recommend Mr Peake to anyone who has any gastrointestinal health issues.
