Dr Hendricks was so helpful and informative, exploring all the past medical history of my son and really trying to understand the possibilities for his sudden but deteriorating hearing loss. We are so grateful to have such a clever mind on the case and really value his advice on the next steps. Really impressive.

Dr Hendricks is an incredibly kind, patient and articulate doctor that takes time listening and understanding all of our 13 year old daughters symptoms. He very much spoke to her and directed the conversation at her which gave our daughter a lot of confidence and she felt more in control in a downward spiralling experience.

Dr Hendricks was very kind and caring, extremely thorough, asking lots of questions to accurately understand my daughter's complexities and numerous diagnosis. He approached the plan to support and assist her in a knowledgeable and empathetic way, recognising that a holistic approach is necessary and supported us to communicate this to the many other professionals working with us. He is clearly very child and family focused. His explanations of her auditory diagnosis were detailed, clear and extremely helpful as he took time to consider and discuss how these may be impacted by her other difficulties. I would highly recommend Dr Hendricks.

Sebastian and I worked together for many years, when he led the Paediatric Audiology and Audiovestibular Medicine sevices under Royal Free London. Our NHS clinics neatly overalapped, and I came to very much rely on Sebastian's especial skills and expertise for complicated hearing and balance issues in children ... and this naturally extended to our private private practices. Despite his esteemed move to GOSH, Sebastian is still my go-to-guy for all such things!
