Lovely and explains everything

I used to be looked after for many years by Mr. Mike Sinclair. The Examination used take about 20 minutes and it was thorough (teeth by teeth recorded by nurse) and included a clean and polish at the end. The examination now is very quick, in an out in less than 15 minutes. An apron or a large tissue was provided and a mouth wash in a disposable cup was also provided after the examination. None of this is available unless asked for. I feel that the overall service and value for money has declined. There used be a six monthly regular follow up by the practice. This has nothing to do with the professionalism of the dentist but the overall service is very disappointing.

As noted very helpful and proactive session with options clearly explained whilst leaving decisions to me. Keeping to the allocated timing would have helped.
