Sai fully explained everything he was going to and did do both before and during the procedure. He was very calm and pleasant throughout, both towards me and the two staff members he worked with (who were also excellent I must add), helping me to relax during a long procedure. He was not fussed either when I needed a toilet break! He was also extremely skilled and took his time.
