Extremely helpful, knowledgable and effective

Dr pradeep rajagopalan, has gone above and beyond to make my grandmother and family feel comfortable and reassure us. He explained everything in a way we all understand and the service he provided was excellent!

Dr. Pradeep was very thorough in explaining what my problems were. He listened to my concerns, took time to reply, I felt very at ease and confident being under his care. He instantly referred me on to the relevant consultants needed to deal with my ongoing health issues. It was a nice change to leave a appointment feeling like you were understood , listened to. And I will recieve medical attention required.

Dr Rajagopalan is an excellent physician with immense knowledge, wide variety clinical skills and many years of experience as a consultant in respiratory and general medicine . He is caring and a compassionate towards his patients and a good team leader. It feels great to have worked with him.

Dr. Pradeep was a very careing professional with extensive knowledge in his field. I felt safe under his care. He has helped me massively. I have been refefered to all the correct multidissapliary teams around my very complex needs. I was treated with respect. Most of all I was listened too. Dr Pradeep was thoroughly professional and demonstrated experience and expertise when working in charge of his team to save my wife’s life. This is what I would hope for and expect from an NHS Consultant. Where he exceeded our expectations were in his qualities of communication and caring. He took the time to explain my wife’s serious condition with honesty and clarity, not just once but every step of the way. There was fear at first, but not of the unknown. Then he shared the good news as it developed. We felt as though he cared in a personal way. On one occasion when we had a concern, he was at my wife’s bed side within 10 minutes to put our minds at rest. At all times he made us feel as though he was available and there for us. Exceptional care, and an exemplar to other senior acute care consultants. Thank you again. My wife says it best ‘nice man’
