Professor Hindley has an easy and friendly manner and fully involves the patient, explaining clearly the diagnostic procedures, results and the next steps to be taken. This inspires confidence and enables the patient to understand and agree to a way forward.

He was amazing throughout and I really felt that I knew what to expect both pre and post my operation. Providing my with remote consultations was an excellent service and something that made this service stand out from the rest.
