From start to finish, Prof Hindley was excellent. I never at any stage, had cause for concern.

Always clear and calm, never patronising, (so often the case). Professional, knowledgable and clearly an expert in his field.

My personal research suggested he was an expert in his field. His professional presence gave me confidence that this was the case. I'm sure he is very busy and his time is clearly precious but that didn't stop him from being a very good listener, making me feel that he was genuinely interested in me and my condition and having the patience to explain his diagnosis, his proposals and answering all my questions. He has also surrounded himself with staff that live and work to the same values and standards.

Professor was both informative and reassuring, and gave thorough and patient explanations of the results of my diagnostic tests. thank you very much!

He is always friendly and informative. He listens and gives details of all possible options given the current information. The results of all procedures, scans etc. are shared and explained and any questions are answered. Highly recommended.
