Professor Koepp moved to London in 1993 to further pursue his training in neurology with a particular focus on Neuroimaging in epilepsy and completed his PhD in "Functional Imaging of the Epilepsies". He is a consultant neurologist and a professor of neurology - he oversees the medical care of patients with refractory epilepsy and additional learning and motor disabilities.
His particular clinical interests are generalised epilepsies, epilepsy and co-morbidities and non-epileptic attack disorders. He has written several peer-reviewed articles.
