Very pleasant and helpful experience and explained all the procedures that are required for my tests.

I found Professor Branley to be very personable, he took time to explain my scan, showing me the images as he explained and made it very easy for me to understand and also very re-assuring, as there was a concern beforehand that there was a serious issue. However, he also helped me to be calm in the interim leading up to the results.

I felt listened to. I felt that he had time for me. He was warm, engaged with my symptoms, and proposed a way forward with which I felt comfortable. In short, I was reassured and felt I was in good hands.

I am reassured that being a physician and respiratory consultant he will have answers pm today.

Professor Branley was incredibly warm, disarming and charming. He eased me into the consultation, sparing no effort to explain, in detail, every potential process. He was fantastic!

He was very structured and thorough in understanding my health history by asking questions. I had sent him previous health history/test, but he purposely didn't review them so it doesn't taint his investigation, which I appreciated. Professor Branley is great should you be looking for someone that is knowledgeable, thorough and thoughtful.
