Professor Lack earned his medical degree from Oxford University in 1985 and then went on to specialise in paediatrics in New York. He then further focused on paediatric and adult allergy while training in Denver, Colorado.
He spent 12 years as the lead for the Department of Paediatric Allergy and Immunology at St Mary's Hospital in London. He then joined Imperial College London and Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust, respectively.
He has a passion for research and is interested in the topics of asthma, peanut and food allergies, anaphylaxis, and desensitising vaccines.

Very short consultation (10-15 minutes) after a 3 hour wait and very dismissive attitude and quite rude.

The most critical aspect of a good doctor is taking the time to listen to your patient without interruption. Listen entirely and intently. Show genuine interest, and unfortunately, Dr. Gideon failed in all of that. My GP, who I paid nothing and earned poor money from the government, has better bedside manners.
