The overall experience was quite wonderful. In particular I'd like to thank all of the nursing staff - Deborah and Angela at the pre-operative stage, the "three Helens" on the day of the operation and the lady nurse who removed the staples a fortnight later. Even the tea lady and the porter were lovely to meet. However, particular thanks must go to the nurse Jodie who put my mind at ease and looked after me tremendously well both pre- and post- operation. A young lady who really was in the best traditions of the vocation. Thank you.

From the initial appointment to discuss treatment for a hernia repair ,right through to the day of my procedure, and my post operative care, I could not fault a single thing. I must say a huge thank you, to all the staff members from reception, nursing, and especially Professor Viswanath and his surgical team. I especially appreciated my freshly made sandwich that Yvonne, your catering manager, had prepared for me. All in all, from my first appointment with the Professor, to walking out the following morning, to be driven home, was an experience that could not faulted.
