My hernia operation went smoothly. I was in pain for shorter period than my previous hernia operations in spring and my recovery was quicker. I wasn't sick after the operation... I was after my previous hernia operations so I was pleased about that.

I required a complex incisional hernia repair. I first saw Prof Vis early December 25 where I explained the situation and he examined me. He then clearly set out his plan. On the 23 January 26 I went in for my operation which went well and I was discharged the next day as planned. Prof Vis stuck to his plan from start to finish and has checked in with me during my recovery. He and his team are very professional and talented. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.
