Following our initial appointment, my wife and I could tell Mr Gordon knew his stuff.  He gave in depth explanations of what was to happen and we came away with full confidence.  On the day of the procedure he again spoke to myself and told me exactly what the process was and what to expect, easing any nerves I may have had.  Following the procedure Mr Gordon came to see me and discussed how it went and that his efforts had been successful.  I cannot recommend Mr Gordon enough.  He is professional, extremely knowledgeable and has a fantastic bedside manner.
