Mr Nikos Bakalis DC is an accomplished Chiropractor originally from Greece. He completed his chiropractic studies at the University of South Wales in 2016. With a passion for helping others achieve optimal health, Mr Bakalis is thrilled to serve the community of Croydon at the Optimal Spine & Sport Dimensions Croydon office.
His introduction to the world of chiropractic came from his uncle who experienced relief from chronic back problems and low energy after seeing a chiropractor. This led him to pursue a career in chiropractic and he was amazed to discover how working on the spine can improve the function of the nervous system, which is the body's master control system and something unique to this profession.
Despite graduating in 2016, Mr Bakalis continues to actively seek new knowledge and techniques in chiropractic through regular attendance at seminars. His commitment and dedication were recognised when he was awarded the ‘Student Service Award’ by the United Chiropractic Association in 2017.
When he is not helping patients, Nikos enjoys spending quality time with his family.
