True gent, lovely manners very calm and in control, he knows his stuff, I felt I was in safe hands, he's to the point, didn't dumb anything down, very respectful, very polite.

Very professional but friendly too. He explained everything to me so I understood what he was going to do. The follow up appointment was helpful and he was able to show me my X- ray and assure me that everything was progressing well.

I suffered many years of extreme pain in my right foot/ankle and after going down all other routes I finally decided that surgery was my only option. After reading about Mr Nanavati, I felt I was in safe hands. On my first consultation he was polite and confident that he could help me. This made the operation day less stressful. I went into the operation with a positive mindset. I have had many operations previously, this one was the best experience from start to finish. I found the whole team friendly and put me at ease during the procedure. Afterwards I hardly had any pain and everything went to plan. Operations are scary things to go through, worrying what the outcome is. Even though I am half way through my journey ( I' m awaiting an ankle replacement) I feel I am now less nervous about the next stage.
