Mr Faure Walker's empathy was extraordinary. He was hugely understanding and sympathetic, calm and authoritative. Of course, I expected a highly qualified urologist--and that is what I got. What exceeded expectations was his patience. He put me at my ease. I felt no pressure, only support. I am enormously grateful. I must also say that his nursing support was a key part of the help. Vicky Clarete, the lead nurse, was also exceptionally kind and professional. The fact that Mr Faure Walker and Vicky Clarete appear to work very well together, was a big help to me. In short, I arrived very scared and I left greatly reassured, knowing that I was in professional, kind hands. thank you.

Mr Faure Walker saw me after 3 other specialists . He has made the pathway of managing my serious bladder condition both bearable and transparent. He has explained all the technicalities with great tact , whilst still asserting the reality of my situation . He a very kind and compassionate Doctor and I would highly recommend him.

Mr Faure Walker takes your concerns seriously. He listens attentively to you and explains the treatment clearly. His bedside manner is very welcoming and reassuring. He was easy to talk to and empathetic. Aftercare treatment was excellent and I was able to email his assistant Katina directly and she quickly spoke to Mr Faure Walker and responded with advice. This was an excellent extension of care that I found very reassuring. I have a follow up appointment in June either face to face or via telephone. As I live some distance it’s good to have this option. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Faure Walker. He will be my first choice for a urologist in the future.

I was put at ease from the get go. My concerns and results were explained in great detail and in a manner easily understood. Each step was explained in detail and the various tests and examinations were performed in a efficient and friendly manner.
