Mr Patani saved my life. I had a very advanced abscess and the NHS was unable to diagnose me, which is when I decided to go the London Breast Institute. Mr Patani was professional and able to diagnose me at my first appointment. The level of care and compassion he gave me compares to none. He listened intently and respected my desire to continue breastfeeding after treatment. He was able to treat me as an outpatient, ie I was able to avoid surgery. I’m told most abscesses of my size end up requiring surgery. Thank you so much for your persistence and care Mr Patani, I cannot recommend you enough!

Despite being Christmas Mr Patani was available and did his best with a shortage of staff telephoning me the next day with my results as the radiologists was not working on the day of my appointment
