I've worked with other therapists in the past when suffering from anxiety and thought there wasn't much more I could learn. Well I was wrong! Kiki has a truly unique approach and always makes me feel so much better after our sessions. She's a lovely person to talk to and somehow makes you feel completely an ease and reassured. I've learnt a few new techniques that I'm applying in my everyday life and on Kiki's advice I'm also working on various lifestyle changes. I couldn't recommend her enough!

After trying a number of different counsellors I was very fortunate to have received a recommendation for Kiki. From our very first session she made me feel at ease and offered very insightful feedback and analysis, along with proven CBT methods to deal with difficult thoughts and situations. In the years since, I have continued with our sessions as and when required - her support and insight has always helped me better understand and navigate through difficult issues. I would highly recommend her services to those struggling to cope and looking for someone to help them turn things around.

I’ve had counselling at various stages of my life but Kiki was the best BY FAR. She manages to get right to the heart of the problem and help you work out real strategies for dealing with life day by day, week by week. She does not let you get away with anything where you may not be entirely truthful with yourself, but in the most supportive and understand way. She is wise, and it’s easy to lean on her wisdom. She is highly qualified but in my opinion she also has a genuine gift as a counsellor. I have recommended her to 2 other people who all agree how unique Kiki is.
