Miss Kathleen Fan is a Maxillofacial Surgeon working for Skin55 on Harley Street, London. She first qualified in Dentistry from Guy’s Hospital, University of London with her intial interest in dentistry. She then began to develop an interest in maxillofacial surgery, which encouraged her to pursue a degree in Medicine. She qualified in Medicine in 2000 from the University of London, before undertaking a PhD in Photodynamic Therapy at University College London. She is highly trained having worked in a number of prestigious units across the UK. This includes King’s College Hospital, The Queen Victoria Hospital and Canterbury Hospital.
Miss Fan’s clinical practice mainly covers facial reconstructive surgery for patients who have undergone cranio-facial trauma or skin cancer. She also consults for patients with temporomandibular joint problems, mucosal disorders and salivary and oral conditions.
