Ms Barbara Rodgers ins a certified health coach and Author of ‘Wholey Cow A Simple Guide to Eating and Living’. She trained at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition to become a Certified Health Coach and has learned a variety of therapies coaching methods to help others in their journey to wellbeing. Ms Rodgers is a firm believer in how mind body and spirit are interconnected and incorporates this into any therapy she offers. She has always enjoyed cooking from a young age and developed an interest in nutrition and exercise over the years. After suffering from iron deficiency her interest became a vocation and began sharing her views into leading a healthy life. She offers one to one and group programmes, with podcasts videos and a blog to keep clients motivated in their mission to feel balanced and alive again.
