London, NW8 9NH
Mr Vibhash Mishra qualified in India prior to completing a six-year rotation in urology in London, including the last two years as a fellow in Female and Reconstructive Urology at the prestigious Institute of Urology at UCLH, London. He is currently a consultant urological surgeon at Royal Free Hospital, London where, besides his clinical duties, he is closely involved in undergraduate medical education as the Lead of urology teaching at the UCL Medical School.
His principal clinical interests are urinary incontinence and bladder dysfunction, but his vast experience also covers patients with haematuria, bladder tumour, penoscrotal problems, prostate disorders, urethral stricture and recurrent UTI. Known for his patient-centric approach to healthcare, Mr Mishra believes practice of medicine has to be a blend of art and science based on a scientific foundation and humane face. Professionalism must not be allowed to overtake the personal touch and care must be provided with gentleness, sensitivity and respect. He considers his compassion, effective listening skills and affability to be his assets. He is calm and unhurried and explains the pros and cons of any recommended treatment at length in a comprehensible language. Consequently, his patients strike an instant rapport with him and leave the consultation knowing exactly how to contact him directly in case of any problems.
He lives in Watford with his obstetrician wife and two daughters and enjoys music, cinema and sports.

He gave me information of what he read. He never examined me, not even the temperature. He Gave me a diagnosis based only on the CT scan report. I had to ask him several times about my results via email. I don’t recommend him at all.

A very polite and considerate gentleman, great at putting me at ease and explaining the process and options fully. He was most professional and did not rush to any procedure without full testing and explaining my options in great detail.
