Mr Tanner is clearly an excellent surgeon. His ability is such that my expectation of the outcome has been far exceeded. Indeed I was overwhelmed and I have recommended him to others who were contemplating having their cataracts removed. In my experience he is also a very nice and patient individual who takes time with his patients. At no time did I feel rushed, something in my experience is a rarity.

"One of the most precious gifts in life is the gift of sight and when that becomes impaired you realise just how important that sentiment is. The gift you have Mr Tanner is the ability to restore and correct impaired sight to what it was. Words cannot express the debt of gratitude I have for your surgical expertise and what you have done for me personally. You have given me, once again, the ability to enjoy all the things in life that are important to me – bird watching, observing wildlife and playing that tennis ball down the line for a winner. Mr Tanner you are, in my eyes, an absolute genius and what you do is truly miraculous. From the first phone call with Shelagh my procedure has, once again, been seamless, professional, caring and friendly and I thank you and your team sincerely. My left eye is ready and waiting !. "

I can totally recommend Mr Tanner. I have gone from not being able to see, to be able to see in full HD! The difference is amazing. I was a complex case, but Mr Tanner was up for the challenge. I keep catching myself that I can see so clearly. His staff were amazing too. A lovely nurse held my hand throughout the procedure which made a tremendous difference. I was a very, very nervous patient.
