From my first meeting with Mr Jacob he put me at ease as I was very anxious about my illness. He explained what the issues were in layman’s terms and together me made a decision to go ahead with the operation. I felt I was in good hands. On the day of operation he met me before and after the operation to see how I was doing. Few days after my operation I was worried about the incision and he quickly made time the same day for me to see him. I cannot praise him enough for his empathy and professionalism.

Mr Jacobs was very good in explaining the procedure that I required. The operation went well and Mr Jacobs ensured to visit me and check up regularly. I am very pleased with the care provided by Mr Jacobs.
