When I visited Mr Tony Jacob in October 2022 at his medical practice, I was very impressed with his professionalism , warm and very pleasant demeanor and I knew I was in good hands. His welcoming smile put me at ease and his compassionate nature made me feel comfortable discussing my health. He is also displayed exceptional knowledge and expertise in his field. He also took the time to answer my questions in a manner that was easy to understand, ensuring that I felt fully informed and involved in the decision making process. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone in need of a caring and competent ENT Specialist.

I have met Mr Jacob twice and on both occasions he treated me with kindness and compassion, understanding my nervousness and putting me at ease with his manner. He also took the time to explain my issue which a lot of doctors don’t take the time to do. Would recommend Mr Jacob very highly.

Mr. Jacob was very clear in his explanations of the issues. He created a relaxed atmosphere and answered any questions that were raised. In addition to providing consultancy, he also performed the operation which went perfectly.

My overall experience with Mr Jacob was excellent. He is very professional, and explains all aspects of the surgery so I understood completely what was going to happen. He answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. He is calm, and therefore makes you calm in a stressful situation. He is caring, ensuring stitching my face was discreate and minimal so not be visible, which was very much appreciated. Also and importantly for me he ensured my other health issues were considered and discussed appropriately with the anesthetist. Whom he arranged to speak with me before the surgery. Overall the best experience, I would highly recommend Mr Jacobs.
