I had a complex revision rhinoplasty by Mr Jacques after a previous rhinoplasty abroad left me with a very poor cosmetic result. From my initial appointment, I was very impressed with the knowledge and honesty from Mr Jacques. He made it very clear the complications that can happen with a revision rhinoplasty and explained what could realistically be achieved with surgery. The results are already looking amazing, my nose now looks normal and natural. I am so pleased with what has been achieved by Mr Jacques and I would highly recommend him.

Mr Jacques has been incredibly helpful from the very first appointment, clearly explaining what I should expect from my surgery. I felt confident and at ease at all times. After the surgery, Mr Jacques has been responsive and helpful with every question I had. The recovery was relatively straight forward and I didn’t experience any side effects. I was extremely happy with my results: - it was really important for me to maintain as much of my profile as possible while achieving symmetry of the nose. Both have been achieved and I couldn’t have wished for a better result. I remain a very happy patient and would highly recommend Mr Jacques.

Mr Jacques is a consummate professional, and a truly expert rhinologist. I initially saw him on the NHS, and then privately, and I've been extremely pleased with the entire process leading up to, and after surgery (functional septoplasty). Mr Jacques was very kind and explained everything to me in great detail, and what gave me confidence is that he clearly explained all the potential drawbacks and complications of surgery, rather than upsell me. I did have complications after surgery as a result of the way my body heals, and Mr. Jacques was extremely responsive and saw me on short notice the next day. He even arranged for me to be seen by the emergency ENT team at St. George's out of hours if need be. His secretary NG is lovely and very responsive too, which made the entire process very straightfoward. As someone in the medical field myself, I would recommend Mr. Jacques to anyone who needs nasal surgery.

Mr Jacques was incredibly descriptive and gave me a strong sense of security going into my surgery. He comes across as incredibly confident in his training and ability which put me at ease before being put under anaesthetic for the first time. He was honest and realistic about my surgery and what he felt would be best for me. Whilst it took longer than I’d expected to receive my surgery due to unforeseen circumstances, it was 100% certainly worth the wait as I love how it’s improved my quality of breathing and mental health. I can’t explain my disbelief when I saw how little bruising I had after surgery and how quickly I was able to go back to normal daily life, Mr Jacques was precise within his closed approach and I was very grateful for this. I look forward to the rest of my healing journey and seeing how my breathing and the appearance of my nose improves as my swelling reduces. Thank you Mr Jacques for everything, you have no idea how this has changed my life!

Mr Thomas was very clear and concise and explained very simply the issue that I had. He also explained any reasons that it might have occurred and the options I had to remedy it, moving forward.

I underwent rhinoplasty with Mr Jacques in Aug 23. I had spent years contemplating having the procedure and was worried about looking artificial. Mr Jacques talked through my concerns and put my mind at ease. He listened to what I wanted, and gave me a nose shape which suits my face. I am really happy with the outcome. The procedure was totally painless and I had minimal swelling afterwards. Had I known I would have undertaken this years ago.

I have undergone reconstructive nose surgery at Cadogan Clinic with dr Thomas Jacques. I highly recommend dr Jacques and there are number or reasons, top three are: excellent results of the operation, I felt I was really listened to and all steps were clearly explained. I honestly feel very lucky to come across Dr Jacques profile and from the first consultation it felt he was the right specialist. I think it was one of the best decisions I have made to have that surgery. I am very impressed with how natural and good looking my nose is and also I can breath more easily. So overall excellent experience!
