Consultant urological surgeon Mr Steve Bromage is experienced in all areas of general urology and has a subspecialty interest in urological cancer, particularly renal disease. In the UK, he was the first to perform a laparoscopic partial nephrectomy using a novel green dye to highlight the tumour border.
His areas of expertise include the following:

He also specialises in male infertility and has published numerous scientific articles relating to this area. He also performs procedures such as sperm retrieval and reversal of vasectomy. He has undertaken microscopic training and is able to offer microscopic reversal of vasectomy, in which vision is magnified when joining tubes together.
Mr Bromage is actively involved in education and teaches and lectures both medical students and health professionals. He holds a certificate of education from the University of Dundee.
