Only problem was the speed of communication. My doctor needed an urgent letter to change my prescription. This has taken 14 days and necessitated me chasing Dr Gardners secretary.

Stuck to the local protocol, and didn't waver. A little disappointing in that he didn't seem to want to ask any other questions regarding my health, only that relating to the thyroid.

On seeing Doctor Gardener on 18/04/23, I was impressed by his helpful attitude, not only did he ask relevant questions about my symptoms, but he also answered my long-listed questions. One thing that I think Doctor Gardener is so outstanding in comparison is that I developed a sore throat 3 days after taking medication for my hyperthyroidism, and because a sore throat is something that one needs to report, I wrote the concerns on a Sunday expecting to get a reply on Monday. To my surprise, I received an immediate reply from Doctor Gardener with his advice, and this is something that I had never ever experienced with the UK medical care before. Doctor Gardener is a brilliant doctor in many respects.

A very friendly and Professional doctor that has a wealth of knowledge in his particular field. Myself and my partner were made to feel welcome and cared for during my consultation and Dr Gardner was more than willing to answer any question I had. Dr Stephen Gardner was extremely understanding and empathetic of my situation and made me feel that he genuinely cared and wanted to help me, which is sadly a rare occurrence in this day and ages even in the medical profession from my experience. I would highly recommend his services and I have complete faith in him as a medical practitioner.
