Friendly welcoming and had a calming manner

Mr Spencer Hodges is a very personable surgeon, who explained everything well and provided good advice. He spoke to be before and after the procedure and made me feel very comfortable and in capable hands. He done a fantastic job

Dr Hodges did everything possible to reduce stress as possible. Was clear, precise and he also articulated the likely outcomes of the surgery and then exceeded them all. I have barely any scar and didn’t need a skin graft which is so far beyond my expectations.

Mr Spencer Hodges was very friendly and I felt like I was in safe hands right from the beginning. One thing I would like to point out was that the explanation he gave after the procedure was when I had just woken up from the anaesthetic and it was very brief as he was also rushing - in fact I don’t know if I actually remember everything that was said. I had to ask the nurse whether I had stitches or not but she did not know and told me to feel for them with my tongue. It would help if a brief summary of the surgery was provided via email or if I was contacted following the procedure.

Extremely professional, I felt in very safe hands. Dr Hodges was reassuring when it came to my operation, making me aware of the risks involved over a few conversations and taking me through how it work. Everything went very smoothly, and I would certainly choose Dr Hodges again.
