Appointment approx 30mins late.
I am sorry you have given a low score based on the late running of clinic. On the day of your appointment I had some complex patients that took longer than expected. Each new patient gets allocated 30 mins and a follow up 15 mins so I hope you feel you got the appropriate time once I did see you. I did start my clinic on time and I was not late to the start of the clinic. If there is anything else I can do please feel free to email me on info@wyfac.co.uk
