Very caring approach. Considerable detailed information provided about the risks and outcomes was provided. I never felt any time constraint while discussing my situation and even some slight humour. The extent of the injury was greater than anticipated and Mr. El Hasani had to do a more extensive repair than anticipated but was very reassuring afterward. I would strongly recommend him and may indeed have another procedure with him soon.
