I was very nervous befeore my consultation due to years of problems with my ears, particularly with regular infections and tenderness. Mr Maskell and his team explained the process of the consulation and put me at ease. Mr Maskell listened carefully to my history of problems and asked me questions. After the consultation I was pleased that Mr Maskell could see the underlying issue and suggested options to resolve and improve my condition. I was so pleased to have visited, after years of worry I went away feeling very optimistic. He was not dismissive in any way and I left feeling I had a genuine problem that could be resolved with medical intervention,

I found the experience very efficient in all respects and I am pleased with the outcome. I am still not at all sure that someone living near me is responsible for bringing this attack of tinitus on, but that remains to be proved. Either way, the plan moving forward will be beneficial to me and I now have a very good contact (Mr Scott Maskell) looking after me.
