Mr Saour saw me rapidly and arranged treatment really quickly. From seeing a dermatologist to having a mole excised by Mr Saour was a matter of days. His bedside manner is calm, professional and reassuring. His advice was excellent and the excision was professionally done in a very reassuring manner. Excellent post-op advice and follow up. He even let me know on a Sunday afternoon that the biopsy results were all ok! If you're needing advice about a mole removal then I'd strongly recommend him. His PA Lynda was also great in keeping in touch.

Samer was brilliant was start to finish. During the pre op stage, he provided all the info I needed and answered all my questions honestly which helped me make informed decisions. During and post the op, Samer has provided great care and assessments of the results.

My experience has been excellent. Mr Saour had a major task on his hands to rebuild my abdomen and I'm really pleased with the result. During my pre-op consultations Mr Saour explained everything clearly to me about my surgery and everything went according to plan on the day. My Saour visited me regularly in the ward to ensure my post op progress was on schedule and I was back on my feet quickly and out of hospital seven days after my surgery as planned. All my communication with Mr Saour and his admin team has been swift and clear. I never felt like a patient, the experience was akin to being a friend. The operation scar (eight inches long) has healed well and in some places is hardly invisible. I have been clearly directed on what I should be doing to manage it to ensure the best result. I am an emergency service worker and thought I was initially taking 1 month off with a intial pilonidal sinus surgery... Months later when that surgery failed and still off work I found Mr Saour , at the time he wasn't covered by my insurance, I made contact regardless and he then signed up asap. He was thorough in this explanations of the risks and etc of my Flap operation, and was always quick to respond to queries...
