Mr Rambani explained clearly that my knee needed to be replaced and I was shown the x ray which supported that course of action. He went through all the pertinent details that I need to know and answered my follow up questions to my satisfaction. When I was due to be discharged I had another appointment where he examined my operated knee and declared me fit to be discharged, having shown me the x ray of my new knee. I was totally satisfied with the whole procedure from start to finish; Mr Randani has a reassuringly refreshing manner and a no nonsense approach which instils confidence in his patients and I am happy to say that I shall be under his care later in the year for a further surgery.
