From the first time of meeting Dr Ray he made me fill relaxed and explained everything that looked wrong with my shoulder and what he was going to carry out in the operation, Then on the day he made sure I was comfortable and happy and put me a at ease I could not have asked for anything more and want to thank Dr Ray for everything he has done for me in the operation and my recovery.

Super fast, consultation on the Tuesday fully explained, scans , re-op etc. Surgery the following Tuesday afternoon Back to teaching Yoga 48 hours later after the operation on my thumb. No issue’s at all, stitches out after 2 weeks and a follow up consultation 4 weeks later. Perfect, amazing like I never had a lump on my thumb. Mr Ravi Ray was very easy to talk to and made me feel at ease with his confidence. My lump was a first for him, he hadn’t seen it before. I do like to set a challenge !! Mr Ray has been excellent throughout my treatment. He gave me clear expectations of the surgical process and managed to settle my pre - operative nerves in hospital. The staff he chooses to work with were also outstanding especially the anaesthetist. My scars are amazing and six weeks post op have nearly totally disappeared. I can't thank him enough for fixing my shoulder and I'm looking forward to being able to do all the things I used to do like getting back in the gym.

Mr Ray was very friendly. When I explained my symptoms to him he knew exactly what was wrong with me. He tried all alternatives therapies before resorting to surgery. And excellent aftercare advice after my surgery. As well as working with me to relieve the inflammation I was left with several months following surgery.
