Mr Ramesh Sivaraj put me at ease by explaining what he would be doing. Throughout the cataract operation he told me what he was doing and explained when I would hear the sound of the machine.

He listened carefully to my questions concerning the procedure and discussed the possible ways I might benefit from it. He clearly explained his actions when I had the operation putting me at ease throughout. I am delighted with the outcome.
