His professional yet caring approach to mastectomy surgery options enabled me to relax and discuss the subject with comfort and ease. He also displayed great patience in answering my questions during consultations and in clarifying the ongoing procedures/ prognosis. His advice and explanations were clear and succinct, enabling me to understand what was going on even when I felt overwhelmed at times. I could not have asked for a better person to look after me and feel fortunate that he was allocated to me as the consultant for my surgery.“
