Put my concerns to rest, but didn’t ‘assume’ anything which I’ve had with other consultants. Made sure all the t’s were crossed and I’s dotted and I can go away now knowing it’s just a slightly wearing knee cap and I can help this myself!

Mr Kempshall, whilst being very professional, filled me with confidence from our first consultation. He arranged relevant tests to confirm his original diagnosis and gave me practical advice as to how to manage the pain and also his prognosis as the possibilities of potential knee replacement surgery sometime in the future.
