He is a member of the world renowned Gloucestershire Knee Clinic.

An excellent surgeon. I had a half knee operation and Mr.Kempshall explained everything about the procedure so that I felt very confident. It is now 7 months after, and an amazing result. Full mobility, no pain and a scar I can hardly see. All down to Mr Kempshalls wonderful skills. Highly recommended.

After a cycling accident last year, Mr Kempshall was knowledgeable about the right course of action to take for my injuries: referring me for further x-rays of my fractured ankle to enable a full clinical assessment, and for an MRI scan and onwards to the right kind of specialist (a plastic surgeon) for a suspected Morel Lavalee Lesion. Sadly, this was in stark contrast to the NHS in Gloucestershire, who I feel let me down badly.

Mr Kempshall has very nice relaxed but professional manner about him. During my consultation he clearly and concisely explained my situation and the issues I have and the options available to me. Although it was not the news I was hoping to hear, Mr Kempshall provided me with all the information I required and the confidence he will be able help to resolve my situation in the future. His follow up letter was clear and covered all the points we discussed in our meeting. Funny to say, but I look forward to meeting Mr Kempshall when I eventually require surgery.

I can not put into words the amazing experience I have had throughout my treatment from Mr Kempshall. He has been so patient and explained everything in great detail as I was extremely nervous of having my knee replacement. From start to finish I have felt totally at ease and shown respect and consideration. Mr Kempshall informed me of Cryotherapy to aid my recovery and again explained everything I needed to know. I believe that this certainly aided my recovery. Should I need such surgery in the future I would not hesitate to ask for Mr Kempshall to carry out the surgery. Thank you Mr Kempshall your amazing work has left me pain free and improved my quality of life.
