Had a septorhinoplasty with Dr. Pavol Surda. Really happy with how it turned out. Needed it mainly for breathing, but my nose looks better now too. The whole thing, from talking at the start to after the surgery, was amazing. Dr. Surda listened to what I was worried about and made sure I was okay with everything. Really thankful for him. If you're thinking of getting a nose job, I'd say go with him.
