The only comment I have is that TKR is an expensive and even life changing procedure and I think a postoperative summary, before you leave hospital would be helpful and appreciated.

Explanation

Very approachable, explained the procedure and answered all my questions fully. The key of course is the outcome. I had a partial knee replacement at age 72, and am now 6 months later back walking in the hills and rock climbing, with no pain whatsoever, having been unable to do either of these things in the months before my operation. It was a huge success, and I am very grateful for Nick London’s care and expertise. I highly recommend him to anyone considering knee joint replacement surgery.

Explanation

I recently had surgery on my left knee. Prof. London provided an excellent explanation of both the issue and his surgical technique. The whole experience was excellent and I can say that since waking up from the operation I didn't require a single painkiller (that's how good he is)! My recovery has been swift and improvements are seen everyday since the operation (3 wks). Could not recommend Prof. London highly enough!

Explanation

From my first consultation with Professor London, he put me completely at ease and explained clearly what he thought my problem(it was). He came to see me before my op and also after to reassure and give me advice. My knee is well on the way to recovery now and I am extremely grateful for the care I was given.
