Dr Ferran listened to all the issues I had and then did a series of examination to check the issue. He told me what he thought was happening and recommended a few diagnostics that needed to be done, after which he will let me know what line of treatment would be best! He is very friendly and definitely made me feel comfortable.

Described issue, options and the associated risks and benefits very clearly. provided useful links to comprehensive information on the options, treatments etc. Looked for non surgical solutions first which I tried. When these did not resolve the problem he again reminded me of the benefits/risks associated with surgery. Answered all questions well. Having the surgery using a local block was interesting to experience (not an issue being awake and observing) and meant I was back working within a few hours.

I have had 2 shoulder operations August 2021/and August 2022 with Nick under awake surgery, both have been successful together with my physio I'm working on Nicks protocol and today seeing Nick for my 3month check up .
