With a breadth of knowledge and depth of experience, Neil is an excellent physio that has helped me through my rehab journey to recovery. Whilst holding space for one to be vulnerable with injury, Neil brings an excellent mix of empathy, encouragement and specialist knowledge to make you feel safe, supported and ultimately well directed to recovery.

Explanation

Neil has been assisting me with rehabilitation both before and after my ankle surgery, and I’m really happy to say I was put in good hands. At every stage of the recovery, he communicated the goals to me very clearly and crafted out specific training plans which are easy to follow. What I find really helpful it that he explained to me the rationale of doing each exercise, which certainly built up my faith in the entire rehab program. There are often times when I stress over and feel uncertain about my ankle condition, and Neil always put me at ease and helped me maintain a positive mindset during recovery. We’ve made huge progress since the start of rehab, as I’ve been running longer distances and starting to perform more demanding mobility tasks. I’ve gained a lot of confidence in my ankle under his care, and I believe it won’t be long before I can go back to sports again.

Here s my experience with Neil! 1. For the speed readers: He's the definition of a professional in his field. Full stop. You'd be a fool not to choose him. Important: He offers lots of advise post session if you have trouble with the exercises! 2. In depth: This man's looking at all the details and provides stucture and encouragement to an overall tough task... recovery to a former prime. Great attitude and even greater knowledge of his field. Understands body mechanisms and the patient's mental make-up and adapts the excercises accordingly. I wouldnt choose to work with anyone else for this task

Neil is one of the best physiotherapists in London and I always trust him whenever I have injuries. He has helped me with my sore knee from cycling/running and lower back pain. What he does the best is not only relieve the pains but also giving you exercise to strengthen the supporting muscles so that the same injury won’t happen again.
